01

Website and service scope

The SIXUAN DATA website is operated by Nanchang Sixuan Technology Co., Ltd. (南昌思玄科技有限公司). It introduces collection, cleaning, preparation, annotation and quality review and delivery across images, video, speech, text, 3D and multimodal data, together with industry solutions, case studies and delivery resources.

These terms describe the use of website materials and the principles of project discussions. Specific scope, fees, schedules and acceptance criteria are governed by a written agreement between the parties.

02

Website content and resources

Service descriptions and case studies explain methods and delivery approaches. Scenarios, volumes, rules and acceptance criteria vary between projects. A case result is not a guarantee of results for another project.

Resources provide references for fields, formats, records or delivery structures. Check each file’s scope, version and conditions before use. Complete deliverables should be checked against the agreed project manifest.

Website text, images, design and other materials are protected by the relevant rights. Attribute the source when quoting. Obtain permission for redistribution, commercial use or third-party materials.

03

Responsible website use

  • Browse and use resources lawfully, without disrupting the website or accessing systems without authorization.
  • Provide accurate, relevant information. Do not impersonate others or submit malicious files or unauthorized data.
  • Keep attribution and context when sharing cases or resources, and do not misrepresent their scope or results.
  • If you find a content, link or usability issue, note the page address and details and share them through the contact page.
04

Project inquiries and discussions

Use the inquiry form to outline your application, data types, goals and timing. Start with a brief and clarify samples, guidelines and delivery methods through further discussion.

An inquiry is not an order and does not automatically establish a quotation, service schedule, payment obligation or acceptance. Scope, price and timing require separate agreement.

Confirm that you are authorized to share materials. Before sharing personal, client or confidential data, establish permissions, de-identification and secure exchange requirements.

05

Project and delivery agreements

Before work begins, agree in writing on a practical, reviewable scope, normally including:

  • The parties, contacts, scope, milestones and change process.
  • Data sources, permissions, personal information handling, confidentiality and deliverable rights.
  • Formats, quality rules, sampling methods, acceptance and correction arrangements.
  • Fees, payment conditions and arrangements for pausing, changing or ending a project.
  • Responsibilities, communication and procedures for resolving disagreements.
06

Responsibilities and issue handling

The client explains the task purpose, provides necessary materials and permissions, and confirms key guidelines and feedback. sixuandata organizes work against confirmed requirements, records issues and prepares agreed deliverables.

Changes to data conditions, scope or standards should be assessed for their effect on quality, timing and cost before approval. Unconfirmed additions should not become acceptance criteria for the original work.

Project support, responsibilities and disputes are addressed under the project agreement and applicable requirements. Both parties should retain relevant communications and version records to support timely clarification and resolution.

07

Updates and contact

Website content and these terms may change as services and features develop. The version date appears at the top. Signed project arrangements continue to follow the parties’ agreement.

The Chinese and English versions help visitors understand the website and services. Interpretation of specific project documents should be confirmed by the parties with reference to their agreement. For website or project questions, email [email protected] or call +86 157 0790 7873.
